The Gallery Box is a beautiful item, designed to encourage creativity as a part of your everyday. What you need to know:

  • Environmentally friendly but strong wheat-straw material, so you can feel good about using it.
  • Built tough as a hard-shell, with a strong piano hinge to be robust, easy to use latch and leak-proof lid.
  • the Gallery Box comes with:
    • a bespoke ice brick; and
    • a set of 3 classic art sleeves, with more to be offered in time.

The Gallery Box measures 22.5cm L x 18cm W x 11cm H, and weighs 1.3kg (including the ice brick). 
It is a large sized lunchbox, designed to hold food for an adult or teenager, and can fit 8.5 cups of food. The internal measurements are 20cm L x 15.5cm W x 8cm H.

How does the lunchbox work?

The lunchbox is made from two layers of wheat straw material, with a insulating panel sandwiched between. These layers provide all day insulation with the ice brick, without the need for a lunch bag!

How big is the lunchbox?

Itys large enough for a big appetite, and can hold enough for a decent lunch plus snacks and a drink. A whole apple or pear fits fine.

How am I supposed to pack food in there?

We recommend using baking paper for sandwiches and cakes etc, and then leach fruit or veges as nude food. You could happily fit a few smaller containers for snacks.

Does it come with any containers inside?

At the moment, the Gallery Box just comes with the ice brick and 3 art sleeves. We will be launching smaller compartments soon, but most small snack containers will fit. The Gallery Box also works perfectly without compartments inside, and is food safe.

How do I wash this?

The lunchbox is fine for the top shelf of your dishwasher, on a cool heat only. Or, just give it a rinse under the tap. The lunchbox has been designed to be easy clean and so is smooth with rounded corners.

What is the deal with the Art Sleeves?

We at Beaniis love creativity, and this was our way to encourage this for you. We just picked some classic art that we liked, and felt brought good vibes to your lunch!

But we will be launching personalisable Art Sleeves soon, where you can pick the art or image you want for the top of the lunchbox. However, the lunchbox works perfectly well without the Art Sleeves.
