Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During seasonal times and sales (like Black Friday and Christmas), order processing can take longer, up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding whilst we carefully prepare your order.

SHIPPING TIMES

We ship from Brisbane, Australia. We current ship worldwide, but are Australian ourselves and so currently focused on our home country in terms of marketing efforts. Orders shipped domestically to an Australian address will typically arrive within 4-7 business days.

If you are located elsewhere in the world, we would love to get one of our products to you, but recommended sending us an email on thebrains@beaniis.com to check shipping cost and timing first.

SHIPPING COSTS

We offer a shipping rate of $9 for all Australian orders including lunchbox bits, and just $1 for Art Sleeves. We also offer free shipping for orders over $150. For international orders, we recommend you get in touch and we can provide a shipping quote for you.

LOCAL PICKUP

We do not currently offer any local 'official' free pickup. However, if you are located in Brisbane, please do send us an email as we can probably work something out.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND ISSUES

Full refunds and exchanges are offered for regular priced items within 30 days of purchase, or the date that tracking indicates an order has been delivered. We have built our products with a lot of care and love, designed to be high quality. We hope you love them!

However, if for any reason, you don't love your purchase, we will be happy to offer a trouble-free full refund. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used to make the purchase. For all returns and exchanges:

  • Items must not be used, with any parts missing or damaged in any way
  • You must present a valid receipt

Sale and discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges

One final note, if you don't love your Beaniis product, we definitely want to understand why this is. Please be prepared to provide us feedback on where and how your items don't meet your expectations.

If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order, you can do this up to 3 hours after your received your order confirmation. Please email us directly on thebrains@beaniis.com or call on 0402-264-931 so we can make these changes immediately. If your order ships and the changes have not been made, please return the items unused for a full refund or exchange.

We provide real-time tracking information on all of our orders. If your order does not arrive by the estimated due date, please wait 48 hours before contacting us to investigate. We will do our best to hunt down your package and extend your timeframe for refunds and exchanges.

Should your order arrive damaged, please take photos and send them to us on thebrains@beaniis.com. We will send you a return label to ship the item back to us, and will send you a replacement order immediately.

Should your order be identified as lost by the shipping carrier, we will send out a replacement order immediately.
